  - Closed-book invigilated exam, no calculators allowed
  - Taken on paper: **bring a black/blue pen**
  - Marked out of 30
  - Format: **quiz**, 30 questions (each 1 mark) of various types:
      - Multiple choice questions
      - Multiple answer questions
      - Matching questions
      - Categorisation questions
  - Duration: **2 hours**, giving an average of 4 minutes per question

- **Each question's type will be clearly indicated**
- Along with per-question type instructions
  - E.g., *select only one item* for multiple choice questions, *select all that apply* for multiple answer questions, etc.

- **Think before committing to an answer**
  - Unclear answers (with e.g., bits crossed out) will be subject to the marker's interpretation which may default to a mark of 0 given to the question
